During my recent stay at the Red Lion, I found myself rediscovering the beauty of culinary innovation. On Sunday, I treated myself to their delicious roast, selecting a hearty portion of tender beef complemented by the crisp roast potatoes, seasonal veggies, and rich gravy. It was immensely satisfying and offered a true taste of traditional Yorkshire. The pub’s atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, allowing for enjoyable conversations. I also indulged in their Crispy King Prawns for starters, which were a delightful kick-off to the meal. The diverse menu boasts attractively presented dishes like the hand-made Steak & Ale Pie, perfect for hearty appetites. the drinks selection was welcoming, featuring an impressive array of cask ales that paired well with my meal. I also appreciated the knowledgeable staff, who effortlessly contributed to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
